Intimacy, Documented
I believe the best photos happen when you feel safe enough to be yourself. My approach is rooted in a calm and collected energy. Whether we are navigating the logistics of a rainy Pacific Northwest elopement or finding your light in the quiet stillness of a boudoir session, I am here to be your anchor. I want you to feel grounded, seen, and completely at ease.
The Art of Slowing Down
In a world that moves at a hundred miles an hour, I am intentional about seeking out the slow moments. This is why I shoot a blend of digital and film. There is a tactile magic to film that forces us all to breathe, to wait for the right light, and to truly inhabit the space we are in. It creates images that are textured, soulful, and deeply nostalgic.
Life Outside the Viewfinder
When I don’t have a camera in my hand, I am usually leaning into the rhythm of the outdoors or the arts. I am a firm believer that a good life is lived with a bit of dirt on your boots and a song in your head.
I am an avid hiker, backpacker, and camper. You can often find me paddleboarding on a glass-still lake, road-tripping down the coast, or navigating a new country. My love for the wild keeps me inspired and ready for any adventure your story requires.
Back at home, I am a musician and a passionate cook. To me, songwriting and slow-simmering a meal require the same thing as great photography: patience, presence, and a little bit of soul.
I work with people who value creativity and emotional honesty. Let’s head into the trees or the studio and create something that feels like home.
